•Minimum age 18 at time of employment.

•High School diploma or G.E.D.

•A valid Driver’s License is preferred, but not required at this time.

•Prior law enforcement work, military and, comparable combinations of education and experience a plus, but not required.

•Must submit and successfully pass a rigorous drug screening.

•Must submit and successfully pass a thorough background check to include a C.O.R.I. in all municipalities, counties, and states and prior employment and personal, professional references verified and checked.

•Must have completed or be able to complete a recognized security  enforcement training academy or the equivalent.

•Must be in excellent physical condition.

•Must be able to work overtime on short notice.

•Must be able to work with employees and the public in a courteous but persuasive manner.

•Must have EXCELLENT Customer Service Skills.

•Must be able to act quickly and decisively.

•Must have good communication skills, and speak the English Language fluently. Be articulate and well-spoken.

•Must be able to deal with situations tactfully and with diplomacy.

•Must follow and adhere to company policies and procedures.

•Must supply own handgun and related equipment and be able to qualify with the handgun to agency standards. (ONLY FOR ARMED POSITIONS)

•Having knowledge of common radio communications procedures is preferred, but not required.

•Must satisfactorily complete a battery of behavior and psychological testing to include an examination.

•Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job.
